This Turtle Cove villa boasts an elegant coastal design and has recently received new furnishings and stunning upgrades throughout (2023). The light-filled living space offers a comfortable sofa, stylish swivel chairs, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar area, and access to the screened porch. Step into the newly renovated kitchen, and you will find modern white cabinetry, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, and an island with barstool seating. The adjacent dining area has seating for six and perfectly overlooks the lagoon.

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, all with newly renovated bathrooms. The serene primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Rounding out the sleeping accommodations, the third bedroom offers two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and easy access to the hallway bathroom. The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo with colorful subway tile.

Enjoy watching Kiawah Island's unique wildlife and take in the coastal breezes on the villa's screened porch. Overlooking the lagoon, the screened porch is the perfect area to relax and enjoy the view. The porch has plenty of cozy seating for your whole party.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
