This tucked away location was PERFECT for our mountain getaway. And listening to the creek out front was so peaceful. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Thank you so much for staying. It really gives us great pleasure to share the beauty of the mountains and that wonderful creek.
We enjoyed our trip to stay in Cherokee! The cabin was great and had everything we needed. We loved playing down by the stream and enjoyed all of the swings and rocking chairs outside!

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your review! I love taking naps in the hammock. The creek makes that place pretty unique. Plenty of mountain-top cabins, but very few like this one!"
This was the perfect home base for all of our weekend activities. It was the perfect distance from all of our destination's, it had a beautiful view and nice quiet area for relaxation.
We loved our stay! Great location to many towns! Cabin overlooks the beautiful creek, which was enjoyed by the family. The kitchen has the basic necessities to cook a meal. The cabin makes you feel at home. There is plenty of games, etc to keep the kids busy. Parking at the cabin is tight if you have more than one large vehicle. We plan on visiting again in the future!

From the owner: "You’re right about Sylva. It really has become home for us, and we think it’s one of the best towns anywhere. The creek was a big reason we bought the place, and we love it when guests enjoy it too. Parking can be a little tight, but like you said, at least it’s flat. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we’d be glad to have you back anytime to enjoy both the creek and Sylva again."
These was a beautiful and quiet little place to stay. My children loved the creek! Best part little cell service so we got to spend time with each other!

Nice cabin for a vacation
These was a beautiful and quiet little place to stay with plenty of room. My children loved the creek! Best part little cell service so we got to spend time with each other! My wife, 4 kids (10,11,13,14) and myself really enjoyed our time together.
The property was literally in the mountains. The sound of the creek flowing was relaxing. Comfy beds, full kitchen, and excellent wi-fi! Convenient to town. Very clean. Dont change a thing! We will be back.

From the owner: "Thanks, Jimmy. I'm glad you enjoyed it as much as we do! It's one of those special places that few people know about."
This place was amazing. It was perfect for our family of four adults and a 4 year old.
We cooked on the BBQ and in the cabin both.
It had everything we needed. We made use of the deck, BBQ, creek, swing and hammock.
It is very peaceful and no comparison to a hotel.
I highly recommend this cabin. So relaxing!

What a great cabin for kids! Our kiddos (2-8) loved playing in the creek, collecting rocks, and staying cool! Easy drive to Cherokee and Sylva. Cabin had everything we needed! We will be back!

From the owner: "I love it when people bring there little kids. I put that swing out in front just for them, (but I like it as much as them.) I look forward to having you back."
Beautiful cabin. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Very clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. I enjoyed every morning having my coffee on the deck listening to the creek. Close to everything and everyone we were visiting. We all very much enjoyed staying here and would love to stay again next time we come down.
My family (and dog) loved this house! The house was very clean, we had no problems with our stay. My boys enjoyed the loft as their little hideout. I think my favorite was the creek and swings. It gave us something to do on the property during down on vacation. I loved watching my boys and dog play in the creek and pushing them on the swings.

It was exactly what we needed. We had a very peaceful retreat. I personally loved the cabin's layout and the old charm it carried. We did nothing but watch movies, read and worked a puzzle. Our pups enjoyed sitting on the porch, we loved listening to the creek. The gravel road is a road to respect. I would hesitate to drive it at night, especially for the first time. I would definitely stay again when in this area. I booked through Evolve for the first time and was surprisingly pleased since I have never heard of this company before. I was given a contact person for issues and the owners reached out as well. Thank you all for a relaxing trip :)

We had the best time ever. We are definitely coming back!! We were able to be ourselves. Sat outside on the porch and listened to the creek. Kids loved the creek and all the swings. We went during the burn band so we couldn’t use the fire pit. That didn’t matter to us. It was such an amazing place to call home for the weekend!! Thank you for opening up your home to us!!
Our stay was amazing the only issues we had were the trash was over flowing but was taken off the next morning and the little area at the door smelled like old beer (we just left the screen door propped open) we loved that it was near a lot but not in the middle of it all 15-30 minutes from tons of things. Really enjoyed our stay and all the family time it allowed us with no WiFi and hardly any cell service it was exactly what we needed. Thanks !!
This was an amazing cabin. Close to everything we wanted to see in Cherokee. This cabin had a nice wood burning stove (which was great because it rained the first day). We were able to spend time together as a family with no internet. It was nice to be able to unplug and not use our devices. We turned the TVs on 1 time other than that we played games and explored. The kids keep asking when we can come back.
This was my second stay at this cabin and I have enjoyed both visits. There are other cabins nearby but the area is very quiet and peaceful, with the calming sound of the rushing creek close by.
The location is very convenient to the towns of Sylva and Dillsboro, and is an easy drive to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee, or Bryson city.
