Summary:
Quintessential Hollywood living within walking distance of the Chateau Marmont Hotel & Sunset Blvd. with great privacy from all around this home has all new floors, marble countertops, back splashes, and updated appliances throughout (Sub Zero, Wolf, Miele). Master bedroom is quite expansive w/ an incredible walk-in closet. Master bath has a backlit onyx shower with Mr. Steam system. Other amenities include pool & spa w/ aqua-link controls, outdoor cabana, single car garage.

The Space:
This beautifully renovated Hollywood Villa has the best of old Hollywood Charm and modern luxury amenities and accents. No detail as been spared in this lavash 4 bedroom villa, the old and the new mesh perfectly together.

IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and garages. The pool can be heated for $100 a day, please let us know in sufficient time prior to your arrival if you would like to elect for pool heating so we can have the pool warm for you when you check-in to the property.

Walking distance to the Famous Chateau Marmont Hotel, Infamous Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and a short distance to Sunset Plaza shopping area and restaurant strip.

Getting Around:
I recommend renting a vehicle, however you can easily get around with Uber and public transit. The home is a short distance to the Sunset Strips iconic bars and restaurants.

Fabulous home, fabulous location!

My family of 4 from NYC rented this home for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. Location was picturesque, layout of the house was perfect for our needs and most importantly, it was spotless!! Alex greeted us upon our arrival and quickly responded if we needed anything. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back!

Perfect location. Awesome house.

Ideally located. Peaceful and serene but steps away from almost anything. Gorgeous house, particularly the pool/deck entertaining space. Property management was great too - seamless, helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great home and great host

We stayed at the home for 4 days with our entire family and could not have been happier. The home was clean and exactly as advertised and the host was amazing. The location is right in the middle of everything.
