About this property
Vacation home next to the airport
Located next to the airport in the best location in Recife. Buses at the door to all places in the state and also to Alagoas and Paraíba, in addition to having an ubers / 99pop plaza on the corner. It is 15 minutes walk from the best spot on the beach of Boa viagem, where is the square of Boa viagem, with its craft fair and snacks. Also close to shopping malls, grocery stores, UPAs and supermarkets all within 10 minutes by car. Easy access to old Recife and Olinda. The house is on the slab, has good ventilation, very well organized and super clean. The furniture and appliances are of high quality, making the house super comfortable and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, safe area (there is a military village on the second parallel street, in addition to constant surveillance due to the cargo sector at the airport). There are snack bars on the street and on the corner that are open until dawn (to serve ubers, university students and airport workers), leaving the place very busy, but not a nuisance, and it's great to make that night snack, with a price very affordable.
