Excellent Landlord, Good Building!

Excellent building in an excellent location with apparently concerned overseas owner/landlord for property. The building is poorly managed by the maintenance and cleaning staff who are also tenants in the property. Some of the tenants smoke, play TV or radios loudly causing harassment disturbance to some of us who were staying there! Hence, it is NOT befitting to the advert "Healthy living near FSCJ" I personally think as a healthcare professional that the building is overcrowded and not cleaned weekly or properly. Many pertinent repairs are not done in a timely manner. Hence, the cleaning and maintenance are doing a disservice to the overseas owner landlord by reducing the value of the property which will become apparent on an inspection!

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER

This was initially listed as a single occupancy, then changed to a multiple tenant occupancy stay for starters. When I arrived the property was more than filthy, my mattress had blood on it with drug bags under tucked in sheets and a made up bed. The owners and property management were unapologetic and the situation, and now bank account has been deducted because apparently they didn't offer the refund for leaving after the first night without even sleeping the. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
