Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. My husband and I, with dog in tow, stayed here to avoid a hurricane. It was perfect for our needs. There were some concerns upon arrival but the host was quick to respond and accommodate. I have every reason to believe our concerns will be remedied for future guests (dog hair from previous guests, no trash bags provided). A very quaint apartment.

Springfield area is great and management of the property was even better!

I enjoyed the area of town. It’s in a renewal stage of development. I never felt unsafe at any time. I enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the sports bar down the street. Eric responded to any question I had immediately. I will gladly stay in any of their properties again.

Home Away from Hospital

I needed a place to stretch out and rest when I wasn’t at the hospital visiting my son. The apartment was just that. It was exactly as advertised. Nice, comfortable, very roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Slept better than I do at home. It’s not a quiet, secluded spot, but I think that adds to the character. Would definitely stay there again.
