Apartamento aconchegante
O apartamento é aconchegante, bem localizado, porém não nos sentimos confortáveis porque ao entrar é passado uma lista de recomendações que não pode isso, tem que tomar cuidado com aquilo. No local tem máquina de lavar, porém não pode ser usada.

Kelly. Você está num apartamento familiar. Não está num hotel.
Você está usando a casa de alguém.
As recomendações existem sim. São para manter a ordem.
Nunca tínhamos nos deparado com uma família com tantas solicitações.
Vocês pediram cadeira de praia emprestada, vocês pediram para chegar antes do horário de check-in, vocês pediram para sair mais tarde, depois do horário de check-out. E o grande absurdo, pediram para receber pessoas de fora no apartamento.
Inclusive sua conduta foi péssima, utilizando o ar-condicionado sabendo que o mesmo tinha apresentado vazamento em cima da TV. E não ter comunicado nada.
Para pedir um monte de coisas você soube!

A maquina de lavar pode ser usada sim. Porem foram tantas solicitações, que ficamos surpresos, uma família ir viajar a lazer e se preocupar com tantas outras coisas.
