Located close to all the attractions while also enjoying a unique DC neighborhood experience. 8 mins walk to Noma Metro stations, CVS, Harris Teeter, Giant, trendy Restaurants/Bars/Shops. Wifi, Coffee, Tea, Bottle water, Tissue, bath towels, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotions for your use.
The amenities are for your use. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 4 queen beds, and 2 comfort bunk beds, which are good for up to 12 adults and several kids. We offer airport pick-up and take-to services upon request.

Confortable and practical townhouse

Plenty of room for our group of 8, with 4 nice and cozy bedrooms. Central a/c kept up confortable. Easy access to metro stations. Practical private and safe parking for our vehicles. The host is very communicative and easy to reach. Thanks to our host Jacob!

The house was fine, but not what we booked

The owner had an emergency at the property we booked and put us in a different one. Because it was last minute the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, which is understandable due to circumstances. There was hair in the showers, so I knew that that hadn’t been cleaned correctly, so I just cleaned them with the cleaning supplies at the house. I just would have liked better communication due to arriving at a house thinking it had 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, and it actually having 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths initially, then he opened the basement for us to use, which added another bedroom and bathroom, after we asked but it was used for storage, so it was a bit cluttered. It was better then having no where to stay at the last minute. I know he did his best, couldn’t obviously know about the emergency ahead of time. We loved DC, and the location was great. So I have overall 4 stars because of the circumstances, he tried his best.

Thanks being so transparent on review, we did not know the weather would be that bad and the roof of the house almost fell off yet flooded the house. I admit that I did the cleaning at my best as my cleaners couldn’t be there as they are in vacation. I disinfected everything and made the beds with fresh sheets and comforters, polished the floor and breezy the kitchen. I sure you didn’t miss the touching rolled towels and tissues, bottle water and nice readings. I’ll learn how to clean bathroom better the next to never. Happy to hear that you all enjoyed your DC stay. Welcome again

We had a great time. Nice house with everything you need. Easy in and out. Quiet area.
