BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH TROPICAL GARDEN IN GARAPUÁ

Located on the paradisiacal Praia de Garapuá - between Morro de São Paulo and Boipeba, 10 minutes from the beach. The house is in an area of 700 m² with tropical garden, coconut trees, shower and a hedge that guarantees total privacy and a very relaxing environment.
The house is very functional, practical and comfortable. It has windows and doors with movable shutters, which allows natural ventilation without the need for air conditioning. For additional ventilation, fans are available in all rooms.
The house is divided into two floors:

1) GROUND FLOOR:

- Balcony with large dining table, two armchairs, coffee table, two hammocks and a wooden bench

- Full kitchen, with 430L refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, blender, juicer, complete set of pots, cutlery and other kitchen utensils.

- Service area with tank, clothesline and closet

- Living room with sofa, coffee table, large window overlooking the garden and door leading to the balcony

- A room with a bi box bed (possibility of two single beds or a double bed), closet, window and a door leading to the garden

- A bedroom with double bed, closet, window and a door leading to the garden

- Social bathroom

 2) FIRST FLOOR

- Suite with closet, two windows overlooking the garden, private balcony

We provide bed linen and towels.

We have an independent water system, avoiding any eventual lack of water in the high season.

At the request of guests, we can provide contacts for roundtrip transfers, boat trips, ecotourism, as well as cook, laundry, cleaning lady etc.

We communicate with guests in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and French.
