Welcome to my beautiful three story townhome in the coveted Museum District/Medical Center of Houston. With three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private garage for two cars, it is perfect for families or small groups of business travelers, sports enthusiasts, or those visiting NRG Park and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Rice University or the Texas Medical Center. Inside, you will enjoy a refreshed interior, with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, dining for six at the table and four at the bar. New, comfortable furnishings on Brazilian hardwood floors and leafy views of the neighborhood.

The location is amazing, as it is within walking distance to Hermann Park, the Houston Zoo, the Children's Museum, and a short hop to all of the attractions of the area. NRG Stadium, home of the Houston Texans, is 3.3 miles South, and is accessible by car or light rail. Please explore this listing and reserve today. Midtown and downtown (Minute Maid Park and the George R. Brown Convention Center) are about three miles north of the house.

The house has a full kitchen, living area and half bath on the second floor. The first floor has a two car garage, a large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. On the third floor there are the master bedroom with full bath and a king bed, and a second bedroom with full bath and queen bed.

I have furnished the home to be both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee service, and serving pieces for your use, with a microwave, oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The location is great and the property was clean. Excellent parking with the garage and clicker. The space is quite large which was great for our toddler. Beds were decent and comfortable. Kitchen is probably the only weak point of this property but it’s decent enough. Overall very satisfied and think it’s a great value. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room and privacy for 6 adults. We were able to walk to so many places and the rodeo at NRG park was a 10 to 15 minute drive. The garage was nice to have too. The house very clean and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very nice and spacious spot in the heart of the museum district. 2 car garage was convenient and secure for parking 2 mid sized vehicles. Everything was as advertised. The freezer doesn’t have a working ice maker, but there were plenty of ice trays which we appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. We already booked for another trip to Houston later this year.

Several things stood out. The location is terrific, in walking distance or a very short drive to the many museums in the Museum District, Hermann Park itself with running tracks, Gardens, and the Zoo. The house was really tastefully furnished, very well maintained and held our family very comfortably. The hosts were terrific, very happy to answer questions, and the check-in and check out processes were easy and well explained. We would happily rent this place again!
