Relax II. Lakehouse - The luxury came to Lake Szelid again

Our second house is small, approx. 30 m2 but 2 levels, means two different parts of this apartman, with different entrance. Our designer renewed it in "new-country" style.
Lake - 50m (!!!)
Free beach - 400m
Payable beach, store, restaurants - 600m
On downstair, there is one small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Living room with fully equipped american kitchen, dining, and couch. Air conditioning. Entrance with small covered terrace.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with double bed, and an other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Separated air conditioning.
In the garden is a terrace, with garden table and benches.
