Estivemos na casa no Carnaval, é exatamente como está nas fotos. Muito bem cuidada, confortável e limpa! O condomínio é bem tranqüilo, e tem uma excelente estrutura de piscina, serviço de praia e os funcionários são cordiais. Fácil acesso e bem perto da praia. Fomos em 10 pessoas, acomodou todos tranquilamente. Os proprietários são confiáveis, muito educados e atenciosos! Esperamos voltar em breve! Marcelo e Família

O Sobrado fica em um villagio que é o mais perto da praia que vi na Riviera. achei a casa muito agradavel e confortavel. semi isolado, o sobrado esta ao lado da faixa de mata atlantica e pequenos animais podem ser vistos. muito legal, mesmo. minhas filhas e minha familia, adoraram. pretendo voltar. abraços

Passamos um ótimo fina de semana, do dia 15 ao dia 18. Preço ideal para as acomodações, a casa estavá impecável, coube confortavelmente uma família de 8 pessoas. Condominio adequado para crianças e para adultos. Proprietários muito atenciosos em todas os contatos por telefone, todas as dúvidas respondidas adequadamente. Pretendo alugar novamente e recomendo. Chegamos à casa pela tarde e estava tudo absolutamente limpo e conforme o indicados no anúncio. A casa possui as acomodações descritas e correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O condomínio fica bem próximo à praia e possui serviço de praia com guarda-sol e cadeiras. A piscina é excelente e a segurança ótima , assim como os funcionários. Recomendamos e pretendemos voltar, sempre.

O condomínio é muito bom, com pessoas prestativas e com segurança, porém a casa deixou a desejar. não acomoda 12 pessoas como mencionado pelo proprietário por seus quartos serem pequenos não tendo espaço para colchoes adicionais; Ao chegarmos, a casa estava suja; Os proprietários se negavam a conversar por telefone sendo que toda a tratativa foi feita por mensagem de texto e ao decorrer dos dias já na residência ficavam perguntando por texto a hora que sairíamos no ultimo dia. pretendo voltar ao condomínio, porém não mais nesta casa. Não recomendo.
