About this property
#443- 2Bed 2 Bath Brand New Beauty!
Access to the newest rooms on the island of Utila. Beach Front access in a private relaxing atmosphere. Unique island characteristics not found on ordinary 'commercialized' destinations. This Utila villa is one of the best and least expensive diving on this island. Twenty four hour security. Washer and dryer and all amenities.
Preserving the Utila Iguana and its critical mangrove habitat is not our only goal. We are also working towards: Sustainable development of Utila (a popular destination for divers) to protect the island’s natural resources. Enhancing awareness among the people living and working in Utila, including working with schools and educating children and young people on the island about their environment. We aim to buy all our materials from local businesses and hire local labour as far as possible in order to support the Utilan economy. Our volunteers are also encouraged to make their purchases in local shops. We will always strive to conserve and respect the land we are on to the fullest.
Pool Beach and common area. It is shared. We ask that you be courteous to other guests so everyone has a great experience.
Frank Morgan will be your go to man to attend to all your needs.
With over 60 different scuba diving sites to choose from, including caves and numerous wrecks (such as the famous Halliburton), scuba diving is always interesting and never crowded. Relax on this unique island and enjoy the cool bars and shops. This is the best luxury on the island of utila. The blue skies and the mangroves views will refresh your eyes to the beauty of nature.
