This oceanfront home is professionally decorated to be a relaxing beach escape. It boasts hardwood floors and 10 ft ceilings on the main floor and 9ft ceilings on the 2nd floor. Spacious bedrooms and a private bathroom for everyone and an open floor plan. Park under the house and ride the elevator to the main floor where you are greeted with an expansive ocean view, over the top kitchen, comfortable living spaces and huge covered porch looking up and down the beach. The main floor features a full laundry room and two bedrooms as well. The top floor has 4 bedrooms and a large secondary living and entertainment area. Two of the bedrooms are located along the oceanfront and provide access to a 2nd covered deck to enjoy the great beach view! For your convenience, there is also another laundry room on this floor. All bathroom showers are equipped with grip bars and the master bath is ADA approved.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
