Casa Bella

Casa Bella offers our guests all the new fixtures and equipment that a modern home should have. The moment you enter into its quiet cul-de-sac you experience the mature landscaping and the cooling shade it provides. A double car garage provide space for 4 to 6 parking spaces. You may access the house through the front door or from the garage through the laundry area using a double set of doors designed to keep the house cool and refreshing even when the Florida summer is at its peak. 
The lay out provides three King size master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms each, one bedroom with two twin beds next to the full bathroom at the hallway that serves as the guest bathroom, plus a movie room equipped with a sofa bed. All rooms come with flat screen T.Vs plus a huge 4k UHD in the living room on top of the fireplace. The Living room area is equipped with the latest technology of electric recliner sofas that will make this relaxing comfort an unforgettable experience. The huge kitchen area is ideal for preparing a perfect meal or just to relax in the kitchen area having breakfast overlooking the pool area. There is seating, counting the table at the patio for 16 adults, making this a perfect location for family gatherings, rehearsal dinners and birthday or graduation celebrations. 
The patio area has a cathedral ceiling that opens into the large paved pool area with more pool furniture to relax under the sun or refresh during the night. The large pool was design with a twelve feet deep area for adults and four feet deep at the shallow end for children comfort levels. A deeper pool makes the water refreshing and maintains the temperature evenly through the entire year. 
Dog friendly with Owner size approval, no cats.  $250 pet safety fee, not included on initial reservation.

If you’re looking for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway, this is it! The house is spotless, spacious, and set up with everything you need to feel right at home. Our kids loved having so much room to play, and the pool was a total hit — we spent hours enjoying it every day. What really makes this place stand out is how welcoming it is for both families and pets, which made traveling so much easier. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Little Getaway

The property was amazing. Super clean and stocked with everything you would need. We came down from Maine to attend our niece's high school graduation and could not be happier with the place. Spacious, clean, and only minutes away from stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again on our next visit.

Favorite VRBO

This was our second stay at Casa Bella. We stayed for two weeks. Juan is an amazing host and this property is so nice and well equipped that it feels like coming home. We spent most of our time in the wonderful outdoor space, swimming in the best pool ever and lounging around reading books. The home is close to everything we wanted to do in Winter Park which I think is the best town in Central Florida. I genuinely love this place and can’t wait to stay here again.

Modern, clean, beautiful home

We had a great experience at this modern, clean, beautiful home. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly want or need. The pool area was very nice even though we didn't use it. There's lots of space for the family to relax. This would be a great house to entertain at even though we didn't use it for that purpose.

This home was very clean and spacious with 3 Master king suites and 1 kids bedroom! The open air living area, gorgeous backyard patio with large swimming pool is extra special for having friends and family over to watch football games! The house is beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities and the owners are wonderful to work with! I would recommend this home to anyone who may be visiting friends or family in the Winter Park area!

Family Christmas Gathering

We had a wonderful time at this property with our family. It was clean, very well maintained, spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much. We did a lot of cooking and baking and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we could have needed. It was wonderful! The owners provided everything we needed - the shampoo, conditioner, body wash - were great! Bring your own shower scrunchy. The washer and dryer were fantastic and we really used them a lot over the course of a couple of weeks. Beds were very comfortable and I have nothing negative to say about anything in the house at all. Super clean and lovely. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the pool. We booked this property because it had a beautiful private pool in the backyard and our family would have loved that. The pool in the advertising says that the depth of the pool keeps the pool "refreshing," but in reality, there is no heater, and it was so cold it was unusable. Despite that, if you don't care about the pool, our stay was perfect and the property was beautiful.

Clean and beautiful home. Layout was perfect for multiple couples. 3 large beds with bathroom connected to the bedrooms. 4th bathroom for last room. Two bedrooms have access to backyard patio area. Juan accommodated us very well. I appreciate his fast and friendly communication.

Great family home base for a wedding...

We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, with a pool in a quiet neighborhood for our family. The house was just as described in a quiet neighborhood near all of the amenities and restaurants that would make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Casa Bella was fully stocked with every imaginable amenity. Close to grocery stores and excellent restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The outdoor covered patio was a favorite place to dine and hang out.

Family weekend.

Casa Bella was very clean and nicely maintained. But the so called 5th bedroom was an “office/bedroom with a pull- out but not a bed. The 4th bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t use the toilet and close the door. None of the showers could get cold water. The water was steaming hot in every shower. Accommodations were nicely sufficient

Casa Bella - Spring Break

This rental fit the unique needs of our group very well. We needed a very specific # of beds and bathrooms to keep all family members happy. Location is good, but like many things in Orlando, challenged due to busy streets and long traffic lights. Rental is very well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities.
