LOCATION!! Old Town Scottsdale - Luxury 1 bedroom 1 bath condo - Located just .9 miles from Scottsdale Stadium. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and the life of old town!

This updated mid-century modern condo has stained concrete floors, a fully appointed kitchen, and bathroom, a small office with a WiFi printer, and amenities. Super comfy bed and bedding to get your best night's sleep after all of your vacation festivities.

This condo is in a 16-unit quiet complex.
It is on the ground level and the laundry room is next door. Beautiful small grounds with a pool, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided by the owner.

There are basic amenities in the kitchen to get you started. If you request anything special, are arriving late, and would like me to stock the fridge or beverages for your stay, please don't hesitate to ask!! I want you to have a stress-free stay!

If your stay is longer than a week, weekly maid service is mandatory and is included in the rental rate.

Make a trip to Old Town Scottsdale and treat yourself to a small luxury rental in a great location!!

I have been very fortunate that my condo has been fully rented for the past 3 years to travelers from all over the world. Most of these were private rentals or from sites other than VRBO. Hence, why there are not many reviews.

Great stay

We enjoyed a wonderful few days in Scottsdale. The apartment is conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale. We used it as a base to explore Sedona one day, the olive farm another day, and even took in a Sprong Training Day. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, even a Brita filter!

Great location, within walking distance of lots of restaurants! Quiet building and condo was obviously recently renovated. Stylish furnishings. Treacy was an awesome host and sent us several recommendations for restaurants! Check in and out was a breeze.

Worth the price

Tastefully decorated, convenient for walking almost anywhere, great location on property. Very well maintained property. Up-to-date appliances and fixtures. Obviously recently renovated.

Nice and easy

Treacy's condo is exactly as pictured, with lots of amenities provided. Great location to be able to walk everywhere and enjoy Old Scottsdale. Arrangements with Treacy were easy and she was very helpful on all counts.

Lovely Condo near Old Town Scottsdale

The photos on this listing are accurate - this is a lovely remodel of a condo in a well-maintained older condo complex - in keeping with other properties in this neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to Old Town and Scottsdale Stadium. The host has very thoughtfully put together a binder with everything you would need to know about the condo as well as local restaurant, attractions suggestions! This was our first time to this area of Phoenix, so we appreciated the recommendations. The condo was spotless, and very well equipped. The king bed is comfy, linens are nice. Check-in was a breeze and the host responds very quickly to communication

Great place Old Town Scottsdale

This awesome property is 2 blocks from downtown on a very quiet street. Our host was awesome checking in with and assisting us. Everything you want or need, perfect for a couple.
