Villa in exceptional surroundings

Villa Yasmina is nestled 15 minutes from Marrakech on a beautiful one-hectare property. It consists of 5 bedrooms, a pavillon in the garden and a suite upstairs. A large garden and a swimming pool adorns the room. Trees bring the freshness needed for the hot summer days of southern Morocco. A gardener, driver and our excellent cook are available. The newly renovated pool can be heated in winter (up to 27 degrees Celcius). Lower level: 1 2 bed room with batchroom across the corridor. Then dinner room and marocoan and european salon. At the end of the corridor there is a parental room with 1 double bed, one single bed and bathroom. On top of villa there is the suite rouge with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom and toilets. In the garden, the pavillon has the same setup. The fifth room is very large, with double bed and 1 single bed.
You have access to all rooms, except the technical rooms. Talking with Salima at breakfast is the best way to organise your day. You may ask her for meals (24h in advance if possible) and presence or not of the staff (gardener or not). We can also add you in a Whatapp group so that you can communicate with the various persons of the staff, including the owner. Close to a typical moroccoan villa and from Marrakech, the villa is an ideal place for whom wants to benefit from the charms of Marrakech, without the nuisance of this large city. To go to the city, there are taxi or bus lines one kilometer from the villa. The rental of a car (available starting 25€ per day) is a good solution too. Otherwise, our professional driver can also provide you with all inclusive services for trip to the cities or larger trips in the region The standard price includes the welcome at airport and transport to the villa. In case of ungrouped arrival of the guest, a extra will be asked (15€) per shuttle. The housekeeping and breakfasts are included. Electricity is included. Cook : 30 euros per day for preparation and service of meals (includes one time aid for shopping) Celebrations and mariage organisation welcomed.
