You will have this studio apartment all to yourself. This is a well laid out modern studio apartment with balcony. Excellent for anyone wanting the convenience of central Wellington but high enough for a fabulous view.
Ideal for business travellers, weekend getaway or attending a special event. It is within walking distance of Micheal Fowler Center, Opera House, TSB Arena and the big stadium. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to harbour. Parking is available in the Wilson’s car park located on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria Street, 2 mins walk from the property. Use the ParkMate app for cheaper car park rates. Free Street parking available between 8pm - 8am.

Fabulous stay!

I had a wonderful nine-day long stay at this lovely little apartment. It is in the perfect location for exploring Wellington on foot, especially for enjoying the restaurants and bars on Cuba Street. The apartment is well furnished and provisioned with everything you might need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, etc which made cooking at home a breeze. The sweet little balcony offers a great view over to Mnt Victoria. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was very accommodating and friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Exceptional host and place

Everything was as advertised and super easy check in and out, exceptional host that went over and beyond to look after you and provided premium accessories and supplies. Very central location and walking distance to almost everything in Wellington. Very understanding and kind host that communicates and responds promptly.

Location, location, location

Clean, well equipped, modern apartment. Perfectly located for easy walking acess for the CBD and the local area eg Cuba Street. Close to public transport.

Cute central and convenient apartment

This was our second time staying at the apartment and it was even better as there were many improvements made since last year. Small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay and close to Cuba St and many eateries. Highly recommend.

Cute wee studio

We stayed for a week and found the studio well equipped for such a small space. The only criticism is that the hanging space is very limited and there’s no room for suitcases. The positives are the location, it’s well insulated against noise and cold, the bed was comfortable and it has a good functional kitchen.

Great little apartment in a convenient location

Sarah's apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days stay in Wellington. We didn't have a car, but it was an easy walk to all the things we wanted to see. And we were spoilt for choice when it came to cafes and restaurants, all within easy reach. I'd happily recommend Sarah's place to friends and family visiting Wellington.

Unprofessional, no telephone number given. Can't speak to Sarah she is invisible.

This place doesn't have an office, hard to contact any one especially Sarah, this is how you get welcome. When you arrive suppose to collect the key which they leave in a lock hanging outside on a downpipe. In order to open the lock you must dial a code number given by email. The problem is that if you arrive when it's dark and Wellington is a dark town for the weather condition you will struggle with the code number specially if your are adults like us. All this in cold weather. The last night out of seven days my wife went out to get something for dinner as i got very sick so no way we could go out and dine only to found out that on the way back the escalator wasn't working therefore had to walk so many steps to get to the 9th floor. This was our experience. PS: Sarah doesn't know the mining of running a business. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed when you pay a lot of money.

Studio apartment along Dixon St. Great location. Access was easy to coordinate with Sarah. Sarah was a fantastic host allowing us to bag drop as we arrived early and check out a bit later as we had an afternoon flight. Apartment was well set up if you wanted to eat in (although we didnt) and plenty of space to relax when we wanted to get off our feet. Great spot. will definitely recommend it!

Great studio apartment in heart of Wellington

The apartment is new and everything works. It is compact but very comfortable. As it's on 9th floor it has great breakfast views across city to Mount Victoria. Lots of great eating places without a short walk. Wifi allowed me to stream TV to my laptop.

Sarah the owner was absolutely amazing! We rented the apartment for one night which is as the same night as homegrown located in wellington CBD because homegrown started at 2pm in the afternoon Sarah organised us to check in at midday with short notice as I queried it with her the night before check in. Her living right next door was so helpful , she was so chill & and communication ON POINT. I was blown away 😊 the apartment was in impeccable condition we had a few drinks with about 4 of us prior to home grown & this fit us nicely as there is also a deck which is an awesome addition to the room. Cant wait to come back! Thank you 🙏🙏

Exploring Wellington

The room was immaculate. Although we didn’t cook it did have everything we would have needed. The shower had lots of hot water and a heated towel rack!! It was the perfect location for us to explore the city. Nothing felt out of reach. Our hostess was very helpful and it was a very easy check in!! Thanks for a wonderful spot for us to explore Wellington.
