You will have this studio apartment all to yourself. This is a well laid out modern studio apartment with balcony. Excellent for anyone wanting the convenience of central Wellington but high enough for a fabulous view.
Ideal for business travellers, weekend getaway or attending a special event. It is within walking distance of Micheal Fowler Center, Opera House, TSB Arena and the big stadium. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to harbour. Parking is available in the Wilson’s car park located on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria Street, 2 mins walk from the property. Use the ParkMate app for cheaper car park rates. Free Street parking available between 8pm - 8am.

Stayed at the property for a week. The host Sarah was fantastic. If I had any questions she would always answer immediately. Studio is compact but has more than anything you will ever need if you are on your own or a couple with plenty on your agenda Great value for money

Cute wee studio

We stayed for a week and found the studio well equipped for such a small space. The only criticism is that the hanging space is very limited and there’s no room for suitcases. The positives are the location, it’s well insulated against noise and cold, the bed was comfortable and it has a good functional kitchen.

Great little apartment in a convenient location

Sarah's apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days stay in Wellington. We didn't have a car, but it was an easy walk to all the things we wanted to see. And we were spoilt for choice when it came to cafes and restaurants, all within easy reach. I'd happily recommend Sarah's place to friends and family visiting Wellington.

Small but with everything you need. Excellent location. Unfortunately key was not in lock box as instructed which caused bit of panic when couldn't contact anyone to sort out (lucky host ended up contacting me). Would definitely stay again
