This fully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome sleeps 8 comfortably. Starting the 2020 season with a brand new pool, hot tub and cabana will be just a part of the experience when you spend your time in this lovely retreat. One of the few properties listed on the beachside of Parksville at 1135 Resort Drive and just 5 min walk to the beach from your front door.

The sleeping configuration has a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a large upstairs bonus room with two twin beds and a separate queen sofa bed. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living room and upstairs bonus room.

The new pool and hot tub are completed! The hot tub is open with social distancing rules in place and the pool will open May 1 - Sept 30 each year. There are pool toys in the unit for your use and also beach chairs for your beach days.

Parksville vacations offer so much more than a Victoria getaway. The famous Rathtrevor provincial park is just a walk down the beach as well just 5 min away is the English pub the Black Goose Inn. Mini golf, ice cream, cheese factories, candy shops, Coombs goats on the roof, bumper boats and so many more fun things await you in the little town of Parksville.

Family beach break

The property location was key as we wanted to be able to walk to Rathtrevor Beach, which is stunning. A safe place for kids to play and the small playground was great too. More great facilities in Parksville made plenty to do for a weeks holiday.

Cozy winter getaway

We spent a few days relaxing here over New Years and it was a great fit for our family. Spacious and well stocked, close to hot tub (pool for summer), playground and beach access. Lots of space for the kids to hang out upstairs. Will definitely consider returning in the summer to take advantage of the updated pool area and walking path to Rathtrevor.

Great place - Has Everything you need

The property was easy to access and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was spacious and recently updated, very well maintained. The unit including everything we needed and more; lots of beach toys, chairs, games and books, cleaning supplies and even pharmacy items.

This is a truly special space ideally suited for relaxation while still living in the heart of Victoria. The space is well over 535 square feet, and is much larger than the 'micro' type studios. The huge patio is a big attraction for this unit.
