Gorgeous, modern, private in-law apartment in park-like country atmosphere in the heart of Columbia on nearly 1 acre lot! Not some dingy room in a basement. This is a bright, airy first floor apartment with its own entrance! Huge windows overlook a beautiful, peaceful setting surrounded by trees; with deer, birds, and other friendly wildlife frequenting our property.

You will be centrally located, convenient to the action, whilst coming home to your bucolic sanctuary tucked away from it all!

You are renting the exclusive use of the spacious 550 square foot, fully-equipped in-law apartment that is attached to our home. Yes, we live in the adjacent house; however you have your own completely private, separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. You get the best of both worlds -- we are nearby just in case you need us -- and we are happy to help! Otherwise, we stay out of your way and give you your privacy, of course! :)

The apartment sleeps up to 2 adults (queen-sized bed).
