House by the sea (1km from the Peixe Boi Project and Forte Orange), with great pool, barbecue hut, big shower, 4 bedrooms (2 suites with balcony), 1 social bathroom, 1 washroom, spacious lounge with tables and sofas, barbecue , parking for 10 cars, cistern, well and water tank.
House has capacity for an average of 16 guests (10 beds - it is necessary to bring a mattress to accommodate more people).

- Caretaker will clean the pool whenever necessary;
- Night watch on the block every night;
- Smoking allowed on site;
- Pet allowed.
