Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

RUSTIC CABIN WITH MODERN CHARM!

Featuring beautiful wood paneling, cabinets and furniture to give that classic cabin vibe, this lovely cabin is perfect for your next mountain getaway! Located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood but still close to all your favorite Big Bear hotspots. Nearby the lake, Holloway's Marina, Alpine Slide, local restaurants, and more. Just a short drive to the Village, ski resorts, golf course, and National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed and TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, double oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Phenomenal, Cozy, Small Family Getaway!

We had the most comfortable, extraordinary experience staying at this petite extra cozy loving cabin! Everything was perfect, super clean, safe and the greatest thing that the cabin was close to everything! The bed and the comforters and pillows are so luxurious and comfy! We are so grateful to the owners for everything and for being pet friendly, and to cool cabin property management especially the manager who gave us a discount for another day to stay, Thank you! That's how much we loved it❤️. Our little one's and I appreciated having Netflix and Disney! We highly recommend this cabin for sure! We thank the owners for everything plus for being pet friendly! Most definitely, we’ll come back and stay there again!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Montes Family

weekend holiday stay

The place is old and squeaky, the back yard was very unattended and not cleaned as the appearance of the place. Overall it was a good place to stay but based on cost I would spend a few more to get a bigger place, I did love the fact that pets were allowed which is something other sites didn't provide.
