Beautiful villa with separate guesthouse builds on 385 sqm land. The main villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms where 1bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The guesthouse has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main villa has fully equipped European kitchen with bar solution, nice living room with smart TV, big private garden and nice outdoor seating/dining area with roof fan. At the guest house, there is also a nice seating area with roof fan. Between the main villa and guesthouse, there is a spacious area with 4 sun bed next to the pool. The pool is 7,5 x 3,5 meter and includes a small children pool. All bedroom and living room have air-conditioner. Free wifi/high-speed internet (fibre) on the whole property. Private parking for 1 car at the property and washing machine. The villa was finished in October 2018.
