ITANHAÉM - Huge house on the best and cleanest beach in Litiral Sul !!!
Beautiful house with 5 bedrooms, 3 suites, 4 rooms, 2 kitchens (one indoor and one outdoor), with a huge backyard with pool in the back. The house is on the first block parallel to the beach, so in five minutes walking you will be with your feet in the sand. In the Cibratel neighborhood it is forbidden to build buildings, so in the neighborhood there are only houses of a high standard, which avoids that muvuca and the "farofa" of holidays and year-end dates!
