Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) this King-Sized Master Suite is luxurious yet still has a cosy feel with its wooden furnishings and pink tones. The room has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with a stunning bath, walk in shower and double vanity sinks. There is also a private balcony that is perfect for a quiet breakfast or an early evening drink before joining the other guests for dinner.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) another stunning bedroom with King-Sized Bed and nautical blue soft furnishings, it has a modern feel and also benefits from a private balcony, Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with a bath with overhead shower and single vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) another fantastic bedroom with a bold modern black and white Disney theme. It is perfect for siblings or friends to share as it has a two twin beds. This room has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink.

Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) this bedroom has a Marvel theme, perfect for superhero siblings, cousins or friends to share. It has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and single on top. This room has a Flat Screen TV and en-suite with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink.

Cinema Area – watch your favourite movie come to life in this awesome Home Cinema. It features plush leather chairs with cup holders, plus walls decorated with some famous movie quotes.

Please note, our swimming pool area does not have a protective cage or enclosure to keep out bugs and insects. While we do our best to maintain a clean and bug-free environment, it's important to be aware that in an outdoor setting, some insects may occasionally be present.

Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
