Well-located Apartment with Internet near U1 Keplerplatz Subway:
1) 1 station to U1 Hauptbahnhof
2) 3-4 stations to U1 Karlplatz/Stephansplatz
The apartment is also well-located at the Favoritenstrasse where you have no fear in getting the necessities like pharmacy, bank,post office, restaurants,groceries,market,fitness & etc.

Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, the apartment is located at the Favoritenstrasse's shopping street and have a nice view over Favoritenstrasse and the Viktor-Adler-Markt(Market). One station to U1 Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station).

The apartment is newly renovated and filled with new furnitures. The apartment is mainly decorated with Gustav Klimt's art paintings and also Spain Artist called "Tasirupekaharo".

There is a dining table in the kitchen.The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,coffee filter machine, electric kettle,rice cooker and etc will give you the possibility to cook during your stay.

All necessary bed linens and towels are always provided fresh and clean.

The pillows and bedcovers are newly bought.

Beautiful and immaculate

The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. The beds and couches are very comfortable. Kim is an excellent host. She met us late at night to let us in and give us a little orientation. She clearly wants all her guests to have the best possible visit.
