Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated with air-condition and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenberg-platz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe embassy district in Vienna.
Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows.
Consists of Two separated spacious Bedrooms with high quality extra beds with best comfort.
Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.
Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street Landstrasse, Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace.
For example you can reach the Vienna Opera House which is located in the very centre of Vienna only with one tram within Minuets.
ATM/Bank and Post office are in front of the door to our apartment.
In addition to providing you best quality, inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city, we will also be able to provide other useful information and services to make your journey to Vienna an enjoyable one

This apartment is in a good location (we felt very secure) and was very clean. The photos are an accurate portrayal of the property. It is pretty basic so don't expect anything beyond the basic supplies. There is an elevator, but to access it you first have to go up a flight of stairs. The washing machine worked great and there was a drying rack and plenty of other places around the apartment to dry our clothes. We heard a bit of street noise at night, but no sounds from other apartments and we were able to sleep soundly. Whenever we took an Uber or Bolt, we found it best to be picked up across the street at the Hotel Savoyen Vienna. A couple of cons were there was no microwave (hard to heat up leftovers), and in the bathroom two lightbulbs were out.
Mani was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, sheets were fresh, bathroom was very nice. Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store, cafe, train, and tram within a minute or less. You can get to the inner city in 15 min or less.

Mani was incredibly welcoming. The apartment was clean and fairly comfortable although there are very little amenities and it is incredibly loud with no carpets and hardly any furniture. Very close to all the public transportation which was great. Only issue was that we traveled here from the US to meet a friend we hadn't seen in 4 years and were told there were absolutely no visitors allowed during any time of the day. If you don't plan on having visitors this will do the trick for a long weekend.

Regarding visitors, I’d like to clarify that the apartment is licensed for the exact number of guests booked, similar to hotel accommodations. Additional visitors are not permitted at any time, even if they are not staying overnight. This rule is clearly stated before booking and is in place out of respect for our neighbors and the building’s noise and occupancy regulations, as visitors also use the apartment and shared amenities.
We understand this may not suit every type of trip, but for guests who are comfortable with these standard short-term rental rules, the apartment is a great fit. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.
This property is very comfortable and was very easy to get to, from the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, it it very clean and comfortable. The walking distance to major sites makes it an ideal property. I will definitely be renting this apartment for my next trip to Vienna.
The location and the roominess were fantastic. The furniture and utensils were very minimalistic e.g. no drawers to hang close.

Our furniture is matter of taste and they look exactly like the pictures that we have provided online the only furniture that we have changed is the two beds in the smaller room for a better comfort and a new couch-bed in the living room.
In the master bedroom we have a closet cabinet to hang your close and in the smaller bedroom there is a glass closet where you can hang your close (again exactly as it is shown on the pictures online)
We will also soon provide a drawers cabinet.

We were thrilled with the location and the many options available for dining, easy transportation, and moderate walking to famous Vienna sights. The flat was clean and convenient, and it perfectly suited our needs. We were happy that there was air conditioning, as the weather was unusually warm. Would stay here again!
The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.
Lovely place in convenient location right next to U train station (easy city trains and central railway station access). Spacious, clean, comfortable, newer fixtures. Could use more towels and linens, but we managed.
This was a very nice, large, clean space.

This property had it all - the tram line just outside the door, near Salm Restaurant and Brewery, a couple of blocks from the botanical garden and a few steps to a grocery store. We were able to catch the tram for 2 euros to the historic center to listen to incredible music, shop great shops and eat fantastic food.The kitchen was functional and was the better stocked with dishes and pans and had a clothes washer. The host made time to go over everything with us when we checked in, which was very helpful and he even called a cab for us to catch our train.
We enjoyed Mani’s apt very much. Very comfortable and convenient Tram right outside, Lidl around the corner, everything you need. Very quiet with windows closed at night. A/C appreciated on warm night. This is a wonderful base for seeing Vienna!
This was our 2nd time staying in this apt. Everything was wonderful! Thanks for being so flexible & patient with the Americans. We are a bit much sometimes. Location, location, location everything you need is steps away.
Lovely place close to trams and trains to the city centre
We had a wonderful time, mani was so helpful befire and during the stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The 10pm quiet time really is a thing in Austria so between 10pm and 7am you need to be quiet and we did get asked to be quiet as we were chatting and laughing later than 10. Please consider this if you are wanting to stay in the appartment in the evenings.
We had a fab stay though and it was so easy to walk outside and get a tram to the christmas markets x
