Summary:
Welcome to my spacious one bedroom apartment!
My apartment is located only 5 minutes walking from the train station that will bring you straight into the city and a short 10min bus drive to the beach, with shops and cafes around.
Enjoy the view from the large balcony and the building facilities, like the outdoor pool and the gym.
My place is ideal for couples/ friends or a families that would like to be close to both, the beach and the city.

The Neighborhood:
Princes Highway is riddled up and down with fantastic restaurant. 5 mins walk is “Himalaya” which is my favourite nepalese place. Gang Thai is a great Thai restaurant just across the road. The local pub has been renovated and is a short 5 minutes away and 1 stop on the train is “The Rocksia” which is also a quality pub. Good for food and drinks, great on a weekend or a public holiday.
Getting Around:
The train station is only 5 minutes walking from the property and will bring you to central station and the city.
The neighbourhood is on a main road so avoid taxis and Uber during peak hour (0700-1000/1500/1845)
Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
