Washer, Dryer in the cellar. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds and 2 brand new queens, also, a pull out couch/futon, ceiling fans in each room, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. Bring sheets, linen rental available. Cozy living room. Wrap around newly constructed deck with marsh view, Weber gas grill, and enclosed outdoor shower. French door cellar access. Directly across the street from the beach and beach path, steps to the sugar sands of private Sagamore Beach. You'll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Bring your beach towels, fishing poles and bikes. Just down the private road to the 5 mile Cape Cod Canal bike path. A wonderful cottage to make memories with your family.

Fabulous Christmas at the Cape!!

Beautiful range home. Lovely place with many new features, while keeping the beach like feel. Easily could fit 6 folks. About a 2 minute walk to beach. Easy access to many attractions and surrounding towns. Liz and John were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Big recommend!

The house was ideal for what we were looking for. Can't beat the convenient path to the beach right across the street. It looks like the house has been updated recently. Would definitely consider renting again.

Amazing location, sweet beach house, great getaway!

Loved our long weekend at this cozy, clean, renovated house. Beach across the street is gorgeous and surprisingly uncrowded—very good for small children as no waves and no undertow. We had a relaxing time visiting family members who live nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

Love Sagamore Beach

Wonderful Cottage

Very peaceful area. Few foot steps from the beach. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. Washer and dryer is such a nice convenience. I am going to miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the tranquility. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Thank you so much

Loved this cottage

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything inside is brand new, furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a walking path right across from the driveway, meaning the walk to the private beach takes about 2 minutes max (which is a huge bonus if you have small children). The location of the home is our favorite on the Cape, very quiet and relaxing but a short drive to everything. Liz was great, very responsive and helpful! I have already recommended this location to a few families and would absolutely stay here again!

Cape Cod

We had a very short time to visit. My grandma was born and raised in Sandwich, and moved away after her marriage. We used to come a lot as children, and now as adults my family came and stayed to celebrate our incredible Grandma. We got to watch our small children run on the same beaches we did. The cottage was exceptional, a little dream, exactly what you need. Modern, but still feels right at home. The beach was perfection. Even on early, chilly summer days we rushed right out of bed to the perfect beach. Thank you so much. This mini trip was amazing.

Peaceful Getaway

A peaceful beach was exactly what was offered. Beach is directly across the street. Low tide is amazing with sand bars with such soft sand. You feel like your on a private island! So great to avoid the bridge. It’s a short ride to Plymouth Harbor to enjoy great outdoor seating restaurants and shopping. Road has light slow traffic for kids riding bikes. Short bike ride to canal trail and to a park with basketball court. Home was so clean and everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower! Owners are great...so accommodating and respond quickly to questions. Thx Liz! Would love to visit again!

Peaceful Getaway

I stayed here with my family of 4: 2 adults, a 6 and 8 year old. The property was clean, linens were fresh. The kitchen had anything we needed. The property location was perfect! We were a quick walk across the dune to the beach, which my children loved, especially during low tide. We rode our bikes to the canal, there was a nice playground, we went fishing. Grocery stores about about a 10 minute drive. Liz was very responsive to my questions and was accommodating to our family. The weather wasn't the best so we ended up spending more time than we planned at the cottage, thankfully it is comfy and cozy so we had a wonderful time regardless.

My husband (John) and I (Elizabeth) have been coming to the Cape for many years and we love the peace and tranquility of this beautiful setting on the marsh, located on a safe, private road. His parents brought him as a child to this very street and the legacy continues. We have 4 children and they love to come to the Cape and enjoy vacation and time with family and friends. We have brought many friends here and they love it too. Together, we have lovingly restored this property with excellent craftsmanship by my husband and much attention to cleaning between renters and continue to do so. My parents were hospitable and hotel managers in Scotland and we have carried this on here in America on the Cape.

This beach cottage is pristine, immaculate and well taken care of. It is cozy and well appointed. There is a brand new bathroom as well as a beautiful place to enjoy an outdoor shower that has been newly constructed by my husband. There is a private beach located directly across the street that is steps away to the sugar sands of private, Sagamore Beach. It is an oasis where one can take a walk on the beach or on the jetty by the canal to the lighthouse, with many beautiful photo opportunities. You can bring your bikes, scooters, boogie boards, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, tennis rackets or basketball to play down the road at the public courts or your favorite book to read on the beach or your deck.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits to this home are the private beach on a private road that is tranquil and peaceful. It is beautiful and clean and the kitchen has an outstanding granite counter top island. It is a perfect place to connect with family and make beautiful memories in a laid back setting. If one needs to work remotely, then there is a strong internet signal to accommodate.
