Bonnie had been very helpful with all our requests.
The property located in a safe and nice downtown area. Only problem is that there are some issues with broken door knobs.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying in a RedAwning property. We look forward to hosting you again.
Overall stay was great. Best parking is in the parking lot. Bathroom downstairs needs a little more thorough cleaning. Consider changing out the wine chiller with a small dishwasher.
Historic house with interesting antiques was really good. Would definitely recommend it for couples and friends with no young children.

Disgusting and Unsafe
Upon arrival, there was a condemned building just a few feet from the house. As soon as we walked through the door, we were met with an overwhelming sewage smell and the A/C upstairs wasn’t working.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We are addressing the concerns you mentioned to ensure future stays are comfortable. Your input is invaluable, and we appreciate your understanding.
The home was very well kept. I had everything I needed there, they went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable! The home was very spacious, it accommodated my family of 8 soooo comfortably. We felt so at home. I saw other reviews that mentioned the home being on a street and hearing cars drive past at night, but I heard no such thing. That street doesn’t seem to be a busy street to me and we stayed over a busy holiday weekend. Decor was also super cool. Plenty of towels. No complaints at all. Loved it.

Every room is filled with history, you just have to pay attention and look at everything. Some place cards with a few details around the house would really show the hidden beauty throughout the home. We got to meet the grounds keeper and he broke down the history of the house for us and it was amazing. Rhw house has the old time look and feel with an added splash of modern to it for comfortability. Thank you for sharing this piece of history with us we greatly appreciate it and also "Happy Early Birthday sir"!!! (I forgot your name [grounds keeper])
We were in town for a Ranger game. This house was a great location in close proximity to the ball park. The one thing to note is that it sits on a central street in Grand Prairie so you can hear cars passing in the night. This was not an issue for us, but could be for someone that is sensitive to night sounds. Overall, it is a great stay for Rangers or Cowboys events.
The historical home, with 1920’s era charm, was a nice reminder of another time. With more or less modern day amenities (except a dishwasher) it was a pleasant stay. The cleanliness could definitely be improved on and there was an excessive amount of pillows on the beds it seemed especially at this time. With that said, we would return if there is another occasion.
