Five star experience

The location is great. Walking distance to grocery stores, 15 minutes to beach, 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. It is a safe neighborhood. We had a car hauler with all kinds of tools that stayed there with door unlocked. I left my fishing gear sitting around. Nothing went missing. The neighbors were great. I worked for 2 of the 3 months we stayed there and the internet was great. The thing that really sets this place apart is Aaron. He is the most accommodating host ever. Even him being in Hawaii, he arranged everything so that we had an amazing stay.

The Lush Box

The house was very clean and had an awesome office space. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Aaron was very responsive in his communication with us and very respectful.

This property is not as listed.

When we arrived we needed to have area's cleaned. Also, home office was very dirty. When I tried the computer it has a very outdated program. The mouse and keyboard did not work. Owner purchased new. The printer when used didn't have ink. Had to request that be corrected. It was. Over all the home was not very clean, furniture outdated and uncomfortable. The laundry room didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages. After staying there the pictures are very deceiving. Quite neighborhood/good location.

Very clean unit & safe neighborhood.

Good location for reaching beaches. Beds ok but not great. Sofa is flat. Very clean in safe neighborhood.
