We waren erg teleurgesteld. De woning was erg gedateerd. De zonneschermen op het balkon waren kapot en lagen op de grond. Het appartement is op de eerste etage en er is geen lift.

Dear Marije
Yes the awning was broken and has been replaced with an umbrella (during your stay, the day after your complaint), the apartment has been been refurbished since and we never advertised an elevator. It is quite simple, you look at the pictures, read the description, and what you see is what you get. We are glad you stayed with us but you should be truly honest and mention that the reality of your "review" is that you did not get the free vacation you were expecting. You wanted a full refund for your three weeks stay that was completely unwarranted and unrealistic. But you did get a refund that you strangely omit in your comments, I guess you must have forgotten about that part. In any case this is a very nice apartment in a great location and we have many satisfied renters. Best regards Sylvain
