Fantastic Place for Groups!
We loved almost everything about this place! Having four separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. Some had more than one bed, so the sleeping arrangement options were flexible for kids, parents, etc. With outdoor entrances, and each room facing the pool, it also allowed pool access/activities without disturbing the others in the household.
The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving (altho the knives were only sharp enough to cut butter and soft fruit!) The big room contained the kitchen, dining area and living room is very spacious and conducive to hanging out and socializing together.
The major drawback to it was how terribly hot got in there! It would have been perfect if this great area was air-conditioned, but only the bedrooms have AC. Unfortunately that often led to isolating in the rooms, when we would rather be together (9 of us).
Such a large gathering area would no doubt require 2-3 wall ACs in order to not overwork or burn up a single unit. But, AC in there WOULD MAKE this place PERFECT!
We also had a safety issue with one step/elevation change beside the pool. It needs reflective paint or tape to remind folks that it's there. All nine of us tripped repeatedly until we nearly blocked it completely with outdoor furniture so we would have to be intentional about crossing the step. Not a deal-breaker, but a potential for injury!
