BEAUTIFUL VIEWS IN THIS WELL APPOINTED CONDO! This is a corner oceanfront condo that offers private staircase to the pool and oceanfront walkway, which makes this one of the most convenient condos in the complex. Only three of the fifteen units in this building offer a private staircase.The covered balcony leads you into the kitchen, living room and dining area offering a open concept. The kitchen features new LVT flooring throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for cooking including a waffle maker, panini grill, and both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining room table has seating for 6 and there are also 4 additional chairs at the bar. You will have everything you need to make meals in this kitchen! And if you are not the chef type, there are plenty of nearby restaurants that you must try including Goombays Grille and Rawbar.

There are 2 spacious King Bedrooms, one of them includes a walk in shower, and the other has a bathtub. The mattresses on these beds will put you right to sleep after a long day at the beach. This condo provides free Wifi and Smart TV's are also provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Elevator, covered storage for all your beach necessities, Reserved Parking and one of the newest condos in Kill Devil Hills!

Great Thanksgiving trip
Tuesday thru Sunday rental. Prepared a fantastic Thanksgiving meal with well stocked kitchen. Except for a little rain on Thansgiving Day, we had great weather and sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!
