About this property

Gorgeous loft located in the heart of downtown Rosemary Beach featuring two bedrooms and baths and a bonus office for when you need to get some work done.

Our loft has a beautiful open floor plan with balconies in both the front and back of the unit, soothing cool colors and relaxing furnishings throughout designed to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. The loft features an expansive front balcony that overlooks Barrett Square and is just steps away from restaurants, shops, and the beautiful gulf.

This is a unique floor plan with the bedrooms in the back of the unit and living space in the front. You will find original artwork displayed throughout the unit that is reminiscent of our travels. When we are not renting our unit this is our second home and has been decorated for your relaxing stay as well as ours.

Features of the Unit:

The living room has seating for 4 on the oversized sofa and side chairs covered in soft cream tone fabric, a large 52" flat screen television, and of course high-speed internet and smart TV. The dining area features a large farm table with seating for 6.

Spreading across the front of the loft is a stone-tiled balcony that overlooks North Barrett Square. The balcony features 2 seating areas for dining or just relaxing. At night turn on the string lights for a cozy atmosphere for outdoor dining, a great place to people-watch or relax and enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the live music coming up from the restaurant below.

The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, backsplash tiling, and gourmet cookware. Whether you feel like using the upgraded kitchen to cook a gourmet meal, or just popping open a bottle of wine, it is an excellent space for entertaining.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, 42" flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. It also has access to a large, private balcony. Wake up, pull the curtains back, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, and soak up the sun in the charming town of Rosemary Beach.

The second master holds a queen-sized bed boasting another 42" flat screen TV for relaxing and access to a full bathroom. When not relaxing on the beach or on one of the beautiful balconies you can enjoy a large selection of wonderful restaurants, boutique shops all within an easy walk or access to one of the four community pools.

Perfect

We had a fantastic week. The location could not be better. We left the car parked all week. Having young teens they could venture out and explore or have lunch. Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was great for people watching and afternoon reading. We will be back as soon as possible.

Amazing place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautiful and very clean. Crisp white linens on the bed and the furniture is new and comfortable. The air conditioning is a life saver in the dead of summer. The proximity is perfect to all the stores and the beach. We would definitely stay here again and would love to come back!

Great location & well appointed!

This property is one of the best I’ve stayed in! Not only is the condo centrally located in Barrett Square, it’s also spacious enough for four people with two bedrooms and two full baths. Restaurants, shops, the farmers market, pools, and the beach are all within walking distance. We loved sitting on the front patio at night watching the crowds go by. It is also one of the most generously appointed rentals I’ve seen…full kitchen, bathroom supplies, separate office space, and even coffee! Every detail has been considered, and you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We will be back!

We have been staying in Rosemary Beach for years. Coming down each year for our Spring and Summer vacations and dreaming of a time when we could own a place. We decided to purchase a place a few years ago and have absolutely loved having it.

Why they chose this property

We looked at a lot of other properties, other condos, and homes. Many of the places we looked at had either poor floor plans or were very old and worn out. The floor plan of this unit is open, airy, and quite large for a condo. The bedrooms are in the back of the unit which means they are much quieter compared to other units that have the bedrooms off of the main living area.

What makes this property unique

Location is the biggest benefit of this unit. It is right above the bookstore overlooking North Barrett Square. It is such a great location to get down to the beach, shops, or all of the great restaurants that are now in Rosemary. The other unique feature is the expansive patio. It spreads across the front of the unit and is very private and comfortable.
