Well lit, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, close to Poço da Fadas and the center of the valley, where there is a colonial mansion (Headquarters of AMA - Association of Friends and Residents), the Serra do Papagaio Community School, the Paiol store, Cooperativa, Mercadinho do Vale, the restaurant Estrela Matutina, the restaurant of Tia Iraci and the bistro Fios da Terra.
