he condo has been totally renovated with upgrades throughout. The gorgeous kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, marble countertops, and is fully stocked with everything you need. The living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large 55” TV with Direct TV, plus free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The bedroom includes a queen bed with new mattress and bedding, cozy linens, a smart TV, tile flooring, and a large ceiling fan. The bathroom features a spacious tiled shower with glass door, a beautiful vanity with upgraded fixtures, and plenty of space. All linens and towels are provided—including beach towels.
Sunbird is a gated, family-friendly beachfront resort with controlled beach access for added security. The property sits on 500 feet of sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters. Seasonal beach service is included (March–October) with two loungers and an umbrella, plus discounts on beach activities.
Resort amenities include charcoal grills just steps away, a fitness/exercise facility, Tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts, and easy access to the beach and pool. You’ll love the central, walkable location—restaurants and shopping nearby, Walmart just one block away, state parks close by, and Pineapple Willy’s right next door.
Parking note: From March 1 through Labor Day, parking is limited to one vehicle per condo.

Great condo, great location

My wife and i enjoyed our week stay in this unit. Location next to Pineapple Willy's was very convenient and anything else needed was a short drive. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. Would recommend this property to any couple looking to stay in PCB.

Great stay for first anniversary

We loved this little condo. Just enough for the two of us. The beach was visibly less crowded than the condos next door to us and nothing beats being able to walk up to Pinaeapple Willy’s from the sand. All the attractions we wanted to visit were within a 5 minute drive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The pictures are a little deceiving the bathroom is a bit tight and the unit is really only big enough for 2 people due to the size of the bathroom. Other than that the living area was very nice and it’s in a good location. Great for a short stay.

it's the Sunbird in Panama City Beach, need I say more?

If you have stayed in the Sunbird, it's a typical Sunbird room. The owner sets this room apart from others. Pam was great to work with and very prompt on responding and accommodating! We will defiantly keep this room on my 'return to PFN list of rooms' when checking for future available dates/stays. Tyvm Pam!

Property could use paint job. Lots of unmatched paint. Missing trim. Tub was a little dirty. Lots and lots of construction on the property, very noisy, only one working elevator, and was being used by construction crew to move debris between floors. Location was great, view was great.

The view did not disappoint. Absolutely spectacular. Although adequate for two people, I didn't visualize the area being so small. Cleanliness left to be desired. There was sand on the floor and in the bed. (And yes, this was before we made it to the beach) The mold in the bathtub needed to be put in check. The worst for me was showering with a HUGH roach. I'm not a bug-o-phobe, but yuck. For the price, we thought it should've been in better condition

Construction

I was never told about all the construction going on and it was hard to get anywhere r get to elevator cause of the construction going on and got there and the main big pool was closed it would had been nice if someone been truthful and told me about all the construction going on and trying to get around everything was dangerous and everyone there with condos was not happy and said if they knew all this construction was going on they would had stayed somewhere else….

Wonderful view and awesome location

I rented this condo with my parents and two children. It was a little small for us, but the view and location made up for it. It definitely needs a deep clean, floors were very dirty. Overall great place! Also, loved that we never waited for the elevator.

The condo had a great location and wonderful beach access. I enjoyed being able to access the room from the beach without difficulty. The cleanliness could be improved though. The pull out couch had been overlooked I feel prior to us. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Nice place for a couple. The Sunbird is the best place to stay in PCB! Remodeling done and all 3 pools open and everything is beautiful! Right next door to Pineapple Willy’s restaurant and bar. You can walk right up from beach to Pineapple Willy’s and get frozen drinks and food. Easy in and out of condo and parking lot and close to everything! Free beach chairs a great addition to your stay at this unit! Fully stocked kitchen and ironing board and iron were very handy. We normally stay in another unit at the Sunbird but our dates were already booked so we picked this unit and it was great! Thanks Pam!

Our family is in Minnesota... and we love the beach! We love spending time in PCB and just don't get enough. Knowing it is a place we want to keep coming back to - we decided to invest in great properties that people would choose first to stay in.

Why they chose this property

The views inside the condo and out are unbeatable. The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. It has easy access to the beach and pool, gated community and heated pool next to the unit. We love to be able to see sunsets from our balcony.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
