With capacity to accommodate up to 06 people; Casa Juan e Ana has large furnished balconies and in perfect contact with nature, a large garden, swimming pool with LED lighting, a barbecue area with amenities (sink, stove and refrigerator) and a pergola / solarium. Its interior contains a large room combined with space for meals. There are three bedrooms, 01 suite with air conditioning, and two other bedrooms, one with air conditioning and a reversible with ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, utensils). The rooms also have a social bathroom and a service area. The entire interior has a froi floor and high ceilings, which ensures ample light and ventilation. Located in the gated community. It is next to the central plaza of the condominium, with areas for leisure and gymnastics, and also has an exclusive trail to access Madeiro beach. Just 2 km from the center of Pipa, access to the main beaches and the village of Pipa is quick and easy.
