The Stephens Cottage has that older beach home charm along with the modern conveniences of today. Featuring a private pool, WIFI, gas grill, and enclosed outside showers, these are just a few of the extras that make this vacation rental home special and the favorite of many generations of beach goers. Summer weeks fill up almost a year in advance, but the locals will tell you that spring and fall are hard to beat! Only 1.5 miles south of the Garden City Pier in the premier beach location (feels almost private and w-i-d-e all day).

Feel the ocean breeze and watch the sunrise from your covered porch. Use the private walkway and venture down to the sandy shores of Garden City Beach. Spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the surf! For convenience, there are 2 enclosed outdoor showers to rinse off all the sand. Enjoy swimming in the private pool, approximate dimensions 14ft x 24ft. Pool is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. For families who don't want to leave their four-legged family members behind, Stephens is small dog friendly! Sorry, no smoking allowed. Don't delay, book your beach getaway today!

Perfect stretch of beach

Loved the old school vibe of Stephens Cottage while enjoying the more modern amenities. Pool on site was a real winner for our group at the end of the day. Best part? This is the perfect stretch of beach - only accommodating two rows of housing in this stretch of Garden City makes it wide open, inviting, and spacious.

The location was excellent The view was great, pool and hot were very nice The cleaning was awful there was mold on the walls the house was just dirty The kitchen had everything that you would need I would stay there again I would have to clean it first before checking in.
