Well established, newly renovated family home in the sought after area of Heuwelkruin. Close to the town centre and has views of the lagoon and the Heads. Modern, fully equipped kitchen which is open planned to a dining and informal living area. The space opens out onto a patio with pool/braai area and fully fenced established garden. On a separate level another dining and formal lounge with fire place which leads onto a wooden deck with views. Wifi, towels, bed sheets, all provided. A garage completes this home.
