Great property, great location!
For our first ever visit to Princeton/south Jersey, this was the IDEAL property and location. The condo had everything we needed and a very well appointed kitchen, which is great when you don't want to eat out all week. Shopping and the Princeton University campus are steps away and having off-street parking in this densely populated area was ideal. Nicole was easily available and responded quickly. While this was the priciest option we considered, it was worth it for the location.

About the host

Host profile image
I've been lucky enough to walk the Spanish Steps in Rome, eat fresh falafel in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem, and feed grey elephants in Capetown. On a personal and professional level, I've grown immensely from my escapades around the world.

But after having traveled to dozens of countries throughout four different continents, Princeton will always be the place I call home. I still cherish the memories of grabbing chocolate milkshakes from Thomas Sweet's on warm summer nights with my parents, and I can never forget the countless late night Hoagie Haven runs I went on with my best friends as a teen.

Combining my extensive traveling with my passion for Princeton, it is my goal for visitors to depart loving it the same way that I do. I want first-timers to create fond memories just as I have, and come back every year to create more. And for those who've been here plenty of times - welcome home.

Why they chose this property

Absolutely everything within this 800 square-foot, one bedroom, one bathroom condo exists solely for your comfort and convenience. Top of the line kitchen appliances, brand new furniture, central heating and cooling, ultra-speed wifi - you name it, this place has it. We've installed the latest model of the Schlage Keypad, allowing an absolutely keyless check-in and check-out. This also means that you'll never have to worry about carrying an extra key with you when stepping out for a bit. In addition, you'll have access to a personal parking spot in the backyard parking lot.

What makes this property unique

On foot, this condo is five minutes away from the bus to New York and is less than 15 minutes away from the dinky, which takes you to the Princeton Junction train station.

If you need to find extra parking outside of your allotted spot, you may park your vehicle for free on the street during the day (but not overnight). Paid overnight parking options include the Hulfish Garage and Spring Street Garage. Both garages are less than a five minute walk away.

The condo is also two blocks from Princeton's historic Nassau Street and four blocks from always-bustling Palmer Square, allowing you immediate access to the many restaurants, shops, cafés, and museums the town has to offer.
