Beautiful 3 bedroom Phoenix home with cable, WiFi, washer, dryer, & more

We are right in between the State Farm football stadium and downtown Phoenix!
20 minute drive to the stadium (with light traffic) 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix, and 30 minutes to the Phoenix Open in Scottsdale.
Our home is centrally located with the i17 nearby.

We have 4 ring security cameras around our home. One facing the driveway, one facing our yard, one facing the entrance another in our backyard. So we are aware of everyone entering and leaving our home and security purposes. Thank you for your understanding.

Our priority is to provide a very clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable home for our guests.

Great House

The house has been completely remodeled and was done in a fabulous fashion with no sacrifice made. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Phoenix. The owner was great to work with too which was an added bonus.

Can't go wrong with this one!

This place was in a central location to all the meetings that we had scheduled over the last 3 days. The house is so big and comfortable our work mates and I felt like we had plenty of privacy but the big common spaces gave us more of a retreat feel. This home is way better than staying in hotel rooms and going down to the lobby to meet and chat. Everything is clean neat, and modern with an electronic lock that allows you to arrive even after midnight if your flight is delayed like ours was. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and I did not worry at all about the safety of ours being parked there. I know where I am staying on my next trip to Phoenix.

i finally returned home on Seattle after making several stops. along the way. We were very comfortable in your home and appreciate all the work you’ve put into the home to masker our stay comfortable. I have a short list of things items that could have could have improved our stay even more: 1- Main bathrooms shower doors would not stay closed. 2- A BBQ OUTSIDE 3- Cusions for patio furniture 4- Smaller frying pans 5- TV remote for master bedroom 6- Working remotes for all the ceiling fans

Very comfortable

Beautiful well stocked home. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Our only inconvenience was with the remote controls. The main bedroom didn’t have a remote, so we had to get out of bed to turn it on or off or to adjust the volume.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

We all had a great experience in this home. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The arrangement of bedrooms, kitchen and living area was very convenient for 4 adults. The owner was friendly, responsive and courteous through all communications. Highly recommend for visitors to Phoenix.

Pulling into the neighborhood we were skeptical..... upon entering we were blown away. Very modern, clean, and welcoming home. Plenty of cutlery and dishes, modern appliances, recently remodeled interior. Loved it.

Great house for a family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! It is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We prepared most meals at home in the well appointed kitchen. When they saw that we would be staying over Christmas, the host offered to set up a Christmas tree in the family room if we would like - such a nice touch that we really appreciated! Highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and this vrbo was perfect! Clean, comfortable and lots of room for everyone! It is close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

This lovely house in a quiet neighborhood has all the current upgrades and it's beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Everything is 1st class. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Tournament Vacation

This place is amazing. From the moment you first walk in, to all the thought they put in to accommodate your every need. I was so impressed with everything. The home is so inviting, pleasant and I really feel they thought of everything when it comes to having a "better than pleasant stay." My brother showed up one night and said the exact same thing. He also added, if I hit the lotto, this is what I would want my vacation home to be like. I was very happy with the whole experience. Hosts were so accommodating and did not skimp on anything. Can't wait for next year's tournament, but that's where I'll be staying again. Thank you for everything
