The short 3 minute drive from driveway to beach makes trips to the beach easy for families who can leave their beach supplies in their trunks and drive them directly to their play site in the sand!

-A pair of bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom
-Its prime location across the street from the community pool and pond
