This newly constructed and beautifully furnished house will make for your perfect Florida gateway and will provide ample and affordable luxury. It features high ceilings with fans, 1,800 sqft under A/C, enclosed lanai, spacious family and living rooms and a formal dining room. The eat-in-kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is stocked with plenty of small appliances and utensils.

The house is conveniently laid out so that the master bedroom with the master bath (featuring a Roman Bath) is separate for additional comfort and privacy, ideal for larger families. In addition, the two other bedrooms are also roomy with ample closet space. All baths feature custom ceramic tiles and showers.

There is also a 2-car attached garage featuring BBQ grill and a large backyard, offering privacy and ample space for activities. The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to shopping, activities and transportation routes.

Warm Mineral Springs: The property is very close to the Warm Mineral Springs, which are very popular with the vacationers and the locals, alike. They are famous for their relaxing atmosphere and the water of the springs, which has healing properties.

Amenities : Free wireless internet, free cable TV. Additionally, there are beach towels, beach chairs, BBQ gas grill, 2 TV sets and complimentary welcome gift.
