This home is everything it advertises plus more! The house is clean, well stocked and the hosts are great. We really liked the decorations! The location, as mentioned by other reviewers, is wonderful. We enjoyed visiting Tohono Chul Gardens, Sweetwater Wetlands Park, and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. What we loved the most was the desert-nature that surrounded this house. The views of mountains are fantastic. We spent mornings and late afternoons watching birds at the backyard feeders and in the neighborhood. Birds we saw included cactus wrens, gila & ladder-backed woodpeckers, northern cardinals, Gamble's quails & pyrrhuloxia. We would definitely return!

Great Views and Location

Visited with family over Christmas. Lovely property, great view in the morning with a cup of coffee. Great location. Clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay at 6380B W Ina Rd

A wonderful, clean, well equipped property with great views and a lovely pool. Excellent communication as well. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our only minor hitch was that we missed that the property was 6380B not 6380 W. Ina Rd. It was in the directions instructions, but we had not used the instructions. Overall, a great property. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the wildlife.

Great location

Our second stay at this property. Lovely location in the desert but close to anything you need. Clean, comfortable, great views, wonderful birds and creatures. Very welcoming and efficient owner. Couldn't be better.

Spring Birding and Hiking Trip

Lovely area in the spring if you love the desert and birding! Cooked all our meals and enjoyed the porch in morning and pool in heat of the day. Visited the National Park, Desert Museum and Sabino Canyon! We hope to return a third time! Towels, linens and bedding all very nice.

Perfect Tucson Base for Hiking

This is a nice home in a beautiful setting, close to Saguaro National Park. Kitchen was well-stocked, and there were even hiking poles in the closet for guest use. Carella was a great host and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our visit to Tuscon. We loved bird watching in the backyard every morning. Various birds, quail and even hummingbirds. The house is so close to Saguaro national park, which was an excellent place to go hike for the day. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it really is beautiful, the views every morning were stunning!

Hope to stay again!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay over Thanksgiving while visiting our son who attends UofA. Carella's home was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We so enjoyed bird watching and the home's surroundings. We even spent time by the pool, enjoyed a fire under the stars, and had many meals on the terrace. We will be back. Thank you!

Nicest online rental we’ve stayed in!

Lovely 3BR two minutes from national park trailheads and minutes from any conveniences. So well stocked. Surrounded by Sonoran desert floor beauty. Saw javelina, coyotes, road runners, giant desert rabbits all from the house! The host is the best too. Great 3 weeks.

Wonderful Property!

We had such a wonderful time in this cute desert home! Ours was a last-minute booking and the host was so accommodating and communicative. There was even a nice note and a bottle of wine on the counter for us when we arrived! The house was very clean, bright, and comfortable. The back patio is very private and we really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We'd love to come back again!

Such a great place to stay!

The property was exactly as described! Clean, quiet, and spacious. Used the house as a touch down place while visiting Tucson for the annual gem shows. It's conveniently located near the highway which made traveling super easy. The property is also located very close to all types of shopping and restaurants. The host was very speedy about resolving an issue with the wifi and very responsive to other questions. I really enjoyed the well maintained, but natural setting of the property. And the birds at the feeders were fun to watch in the morning. Already booked the next stay and I can't wait to come back!

Desert Oasis

We loved this house. Well maintained and designed. Absolutely adorable! The backyard is a desert oasis with birdfeeders and birdbath. We enjoyed watching the birds very much. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped. We did not get to use the pool, but it looked clean. If I ever spend more time in Tucson, we will return here.

50th Bday celebratoin

Myself and two friends stayed while celebrating one of their 50th birthdays. I've never had a desire to visit Tucson...or Arizona at all really, but my friend always wanted to go and see the cacti. I cannot praise the property, home and host enough (the pics don't do it justice). Our host, Carella, was very kind and helpful. The home was impeccable, well stocked, extremely clean and with the most INCREDIBLE yard. Our views all day long were amazing but the sunrises were priceless. Swimming surrounded by nature and cacti was breathtaking as well. And just a short drive to the main places to visit in Tucson. I HIGHLY recommend and plan on returning.

Desert Sanctuary

The home was very spacious, airy, fully equipped for meals, and personal comfort. We especially enjoyed the quiet, rural location away from traffic, city, etc. Each morning I'd enjoy waking up with my coffee on the back patio and watch the variety of birds gather at the bird feeders. It was a very peaceful stay - which is what we were seeking. Carella was very personable, helpful, and attentive to our needs while also giving us a sense of space. We highly recommend this casita

Spacious, quiet retreat near Saguaro National Park West

Spacious home with beautiful sunrises from the living room and porch. Very well equipped kitchen (& supermarket nearby) made cooking & entertaining easy. A bit far from downtown, but was happy to discover Silverbell Rd. as an alternative to Route 10. And really enjoyed proximity to saguaros, the Desert Museum, and numerous hikes. Friendly, but unobtrusive, hosts live next door should you need anything. Property is quiet despite proximity to Ina Rd. Pool area is lovely, but in February water was a bit too cold for a swim!

Great stay!

The home was very clean. The owner lived next door but there was plenty of privacy. She was available to answer questions or help but she was very respectful of our space and never made us feel uncomfortable. The only thing that could be a problem for guests is the master bedroom/bath. There isn’t a door between the two, so really no privacy and there is a sky light in the room which makes sleeping in a little more difficult. But over all, it was a very nice stay with a very nice host.

Quaint & Cozy

What an adorable space! Nestled behind the larger unit on the property, is this cute 3-bedroom abode equipped with a small home office, comfortable outdoor seating, and fun pool floaties. It took a good eye on the road to find, but the signage made it easy to confirm the location, and the host made the property easy to access with a lockbox combo and garage clicker. We loved the Southwest decor and views/wildlife outback. The pool was gated and only a short walk away from the backyard. It had great shade, and the floaties provided by the host made it our own oasis. We were only about 20 minutes from downtown and the same road the house was on, was the same road a few gas stations, grocery and restaurants were on too. We would definitely recommend this rental for others looking for a quiet place to stay out in Tucson!

Yard like a botanical garden!

We loved staying at this property in Tucson. The outdoor patio is shaded, has wrought iron dining tables with chairs (with cushions) and a large gas grill. The yard is spectacular. So many mature saguaro cacti and many, many diverse species of cacti and a huge lemon tree. The large backyard is fenced, has several bird feeders and birdbath, and has a firepit with firewood provided. We sat on the patio each day to eat breakfast and watch the birds. The house itself is wonderful. This hostess has thought of everything! The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances (microwave, toaster, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, etc), you will have everything you need to make meals easily. She provides a cabinet full of spices and condiments in the fridge. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. TV has Roku. The pool next door is lovely but we did not use the pool. We parked our car in the garage and the hostess provided a garage door opener. Tons of books on AZ flora, fauna and wildlife, plus 50+ local brochures to give you ideas of what to do while you visit Tucson. Only 20 minutes away from the west side visitor center of Saguaro National Park. We also visited the Tucson Botanical Gardens, Sonoran Desert Museum, Tubac artist community, Mini Time Machine Miniature Museum (not to be missed!), Sweetwater Wetlands Park, lots of unique places to shop. We tried to visit the art museum on the Uof A campus but could not find parking. Great vacation and a wonderful VRBO rental home.
