About this property

The place has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has king sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a TV with a Roku player and channels; an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with a brand new mattress. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed with a twin trundle underneath. It also has a desk area in the room. The living room has a comfortable grey leather couch and sofa set with a 50” TV with a Roku player to connect to any streaming service you need or mirror your phone or tablet to. The dining room has a table with 4 chairs. Lastly a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, coffee, and plenty of pots, pans, drinkware, essentials in case you decide to cook while in town. Our guest book has plenty of ideas for eating that you might miss if you didn’t know about it.

Not exactly as advertised

Property was clean and pretty well maintained. However but comfortable for 7 is a stretch. We had 3 adult men and if there were 5 it probably would have been a problem. 1st off there is now only 1 couch and a chair not 2 couches as in the photos. 2ndly the smallest room has the trundle, I'm glad we didn't need it! Last issue we ran into when checking out. We found no where to dump the trash. If we had done more cooking that absolutely would have been an issue. The location worked well for us, besides barking dogs the street was pretty quiet.

Repeat Visit

This was our third time to enjoy this property. The neighbors are super nice and parked their vehicle across the street so we would have room for our boat in front of the house. Owners are super responsive to any of our inquiries.
