Great looking villa in good location but tired and broken

We booked the villa for a week for 9 guests. Not the easiest villa to find or access, but location was good and the building impressive. However, there was little water pressure all week and regularly there was no water (i.e. no showers and no toilet flush). The water never got even warm all week. The air con to four rooms broke on day 1 and took three days to fix, with engineers on site three days. The construction site next door was noisy, sometimes from 6am in morning. The villa is tired (kitchen cupboard doors falling off and tiles fallen off walls) and clearly lacking investment. The staff were however helpful and apologetic. Breakfast was fine, but restaurant in evening was poor, save for the cocktails. Overall, we were very disappointed and felt short changed.
