Built in 1923 they don't make apartments like this penthouse level warehouse conversion anymore:
* 3m high ceilings!
* All the space you'd normally only find in a house in the suburbs!
* Fully equipped kitchen larger than many studio apartments.

1 block from southern cross station and in the heart of the city with character all around.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom with 1 car par.

Size matters in the CBD! Where size is a rare commodity in the CBD, this place is very spacious with high ceiling and generous large bedrooms with an huge kitchen and living area.

A short walk will take you to Etihad Stadium where major sports events or concerts (including Adele's) are held. Crown Resort/Southbank/Southwharf where Melbournians love to chill out, drink, dine and people-watch is also close by. Or taking a morning walk to the Queen Victoria Market where fresh daily produce awaits. Gather your favourite delicatessen and grab a good bottle of Australian wine for a picnic and cross the road to the Flagstaff Garden with its beautiful trees and lawn. Enjoy greenery and space, so close yet so far from the bustle of the city. Or simply immerse in the coffee culture of Melbourne by picking one of the many cafes hidden in the laneways.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.

Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location
The apartment is ideally located in the CBD, walking distance to Southern cross station and Vic Markets. There is loads of space in the apartment (plenty for 3 teens and 2 adults), with lots of natural light, except in the 3rd bedroom (which has no windows). Well equipped kitchen. TV with Netflix. The only downside is that a few of the dining chairs are a bit wonky and the couches could do with a clean. Overall would definitely recommend. Would give 4.5 stars if it was an option
