Hidden Dunes Condominium 0401 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost everywhere in this sophisticated fourth floor condominium sitting directly on the beach! Relax and unwind in the comfortable living area or the main patio facing the Gulf! The Kitchen is updated with new cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The is ample dining seating with extra seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has a King bed with an en-suite bath that has separate shower and garden tub. Each guest bedroom has it's own patio, one guest room has 2 Queen beds and the other has a Queen bed plus a Trundle bed.

Hidden Dunes features fabulous amenities such as outdoor grills, 6 professional tennis courts, 3 pools and hot tubs, and of course a dedicated beach! Hidden Dunes Resort is also close to shopping and dining, just a perfect place to have a wonderful vacation!

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great condo!

Condo was exactly as described. We were greeted with cleanliness and the condo was updated with all the amenities you might need. The only thing it lacked was ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We got very hot at night even turning the air down. We would definitely stay here again but would just know to bring our own fan.

We enjoyed our stay nice area Two things I highly suggest- the condo should make you feel the same way when you arrive- like it did in the photo s When booking. 1. The clean & prep. Was a one star 2. The condo maintenance was a one star This is not to be harsh - it was needed to set expectations Need visual repairs & paint The cleaning needs to be deeper! There was a lid on can opener magnet Shower had mold Dirty ,dusty , & other peoples stuff under dressers & beds You should not find these things in a condo of this price, we left a day early

Great access to beach but needs maintenance

Condo needed maintenance and cleanliness was not the best. Just one Example-/Master bath cabinet door just fell off when opened, no receptacles in master bath worked and most of master bedroom receptacles did not work. The bedside receptacles are controlled by the light switch, but the light switch was inoperative. Receptacles so worn out that plugs just fell out! There were very obvious dirty dishes put back in the cabinets and greasy hand prints (pizza??) on the room doors. The view was nice and the access to the beach was nice, we enjoyed our stay by just dealing with using the very few operative receptacles and doing our own cleaning. I did call the rental agency twice but did mot ask for maintenance to come….since we only stayed 4 days I did not want to waste my time dealing with maintenance personnel.

Perfect for 2 families

Property was perfect for our 2 families to stay. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. Clean and enough towels for everyone. Short trip down to the pool and the beach. We had a little trouble with the lock on the door, but it wasn't a big problem.
