Decorated by architect, with gardens, swimming pool, barbecue and sauna with showers, fully renovated, very green, window screens, broadband internet, two cable TVs, this duplex home is situated in a gated and family condominium, 100 steps from right corner of Geribá beach, quiet spot with less people in the sand. Has 24 hour security, janitor living in the condominium. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master suite upstairs), two bathrooms, two floors, a mezzanine, kitchen, bar, two balconies, one with luxury shower, hammocks for those who enjoy. Split air conditioning in every room, new and powerful ceiling fans, high ceilings, very large living room and perfect master suite with large balcony and luxury shower overlooking garden and banana trees. Comfortable and cozy house, while being rustic. For the livelier, Geribá also means hot spot, with beach volleyball and surfing, stand up paddle, and kiosks with ballad at sunset and dusk.
